Our Lettings team support in facilitating new futures for individual through effective property allocation. To help us continue to offer a leading service we are no looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our Lettings Team as a Lettings Administrator in a home-based role. If you have a passion for making a real difference for others, then this may be the role for you.

The Role

By joining in this role you will have the opportunity to become a skilled administrator gaining knowledge of the housing sector. Each day you will work with out ICT systems to ensure we deliver on our service agreements and customer commitments. Collaborating within a team inbox you will help to distribute work, liaise with customers, and support the team with administrative projects as required.

You’ll learn how to use our systems and gain knowledge of inputting data relating to allocations as well as monitoring external systems that support our team. By applying today you will also gain experience in record keeping, focusing on areas such as on property available to be let.

To be successful in this role you it would be beneficial to have experience of lettings however we will consider skilled administrators from other industries. You will need to be comfortable using Microsoft packages and be comfortable communicating in both written and verbal form with our customers.
