Scion Staffing
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining the SF office keeping things stocked and tidy, managing access cards, coordinating mail and shipping and generally looking for ways to improve the day-to-day experience for the team
- Liaising with IT working with them on new hire setups, conference room tech, corporate accounts, etc.
- Supporting our employees fielding employee requests from around the globe and quickly and professionally responding and tracking
- Supporting overall team culture with events, activities, recognition and more
- Occasional executive support as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and DocuSign
- Experience working in customer-facing roles preferred
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This opportunity provides a starting hourly pay of $20/hour.
