Job Description We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic and high-energy inside sales team. You will be responsible for developing new relationships through research and high volume outreach (LinkedIn, email and phone) and building up the relationships to pass on to the Enterprise Account Executives. A perfect role for a fresh graduate or someone looking for a career change. You will be reaching out to Fortune 1000 companies so your creativity and drive in getting to the right decision makers will be key to the success of both yourself and the team. You will need to be tenacious, outgoing, detail oriented, and excited to be part of a rapidly growing UK based tech startup. This is a UK based remote working role. Interested in applying? We’d love to talk Responsibilities: what you’ll be doing Researching target companies and identifying decision makers to contact, heavy LinkedIn usage Using lead generation tools and experimenting with different lead gen activities and approaches Providing an exceptional first impression of our company and how we can help target prospects accomplish their goals Qualifying contacts and handing them over to the relevant Sales Account Executive Detailed logging of all activities in our CRM system, Hubspot Monitoring and engaging with the communities we are part of Tracking and learning from data to improve the process Developing industry and platform expertise to increase your chances for success Requirements: what we want / required skills and experience Keen to experiment with new tools & technologies to achieve awesome outcomes A highly-motivated strong communicator across different mediums with everyone from mid-level employees to c-suite decision makers Excellent relationship-building skills, tenacity, a positive attitude and energetic personality Ideal experience with tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator and Hubspot or similar Working closely with and supporting our Account Executives to secure meetings with qualified leads An interest in technology, communication, automation and bots, and how these technologies can be used to enhance internal communication and create the future of work to improve the employee experience Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows to completion, attention to detail, and a team player. Open to feedback and keen to continually improve.
