This newly created industry & client facing Sales Manager role is part of the Global Sales Team in OBSS Technology. You will use your career sales expertise to unlock strategic, large scale client acquisitions and you will use your deep sales experience to support the development of our Global Sales Team members in other regions. ROLE: Work in close collaboration with OBSS’s Global Sales team to develop a strategic plan to achieve the Company’s growth objectives, Prospect new business by conducting research to identify key decision makers and influencers within target accounts, Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs, Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach, Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results, Stay current with industry news and issues to understand the potential impact to your current prospects for the new opportunities, Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results, Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue sales goals as set by the region and or division, Prepare and present monthly/quarterly sales reports and submit your findings and analysis to senior executives. This position directly Reports to the CEO. QUALIFICATIONS: Recent experience working for IT professional services or management consulting firm(s) Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or technology related field AND 8 years of experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing and/or driving business growth or customer digital transformation, sales management, or leadership Motivated by working to targets, and developing their business through cold calling, client meetings and business pitches. The ideal professional will be a self-directed team player able to use discretion and independent judgment. Possess the ability to work well in diverse multinational teams. Experienced in prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines. Excellent problem solving, business communication (written & oral) skills in English
