The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.
- Tender Purpose:
The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites your company to apply for Assessment of Data Security Practices Consultant.
NRC MERO is looking for a Data Security Practices Consultant to Reviewing the documented data flows, and identifying significant risks associated with the processes described therein. During this stage, the consultant will be expected to liaise directly with Risk and Compliance staff in Country Offices as required to ensure full understanding of these processes.
Providing a list of recommendations on organization-level minimum standards relevant to our operations, which mitigate the risks identified in the previous stage. These should focus on missing policies, procedures and guidance on data security.
In consultation with the Review Committee, the consultant will draft a guideline on 2-3 agreed priorities which will include a detailed roadmap, with the aim of enhancing NRC’s data security practices..Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ToRs ‘’Annex 2 TOR’’.
